Forest Green Rovers have become the first professional men’s team to hire a woman coach after the EFL League 2 side appointed Hannah Dingley as caretaker manager.
The players union for the USL Super League has partnered with women’s soccer footwear company IDA Sports to provide its cleats to all the league’s athletes.
