Transfer Talk: Napoli and Chelsea mull Lukaku-Osimhen swap

New York City officials approved a plan Thursday to build a 25,000-seat stadium for Major League Soccer’s New York City FC next to the New York Mets’ stadium, Citi Field.

NWSL commissioner Jessica Berman told ESPN that the league is “comfortably on track” to choose the location and ownership group for its 16th team in October.
